NAVAIR Certiication – PMA-202 Certification follows operational testing by the Navy’s Search and Rescue Model Manager, Chief of Naval Operations (CNO).	What Marine officials say: “This item may be considered as part of the aircrew’s five-pound discretionary survival items to be stowed in the survival vest or in the multi-place life rafts. The RescueStreamer® is considered a suitable complement to the current survival equipment.”


Qualification – Director, Safety and Survivability Meets Navy qualification requirements and is certified and approved for immediate procurement by all commands with discretionary funds. RescueStreamers® can now be found on all US Navy submarines.	What Navy officials say: “The incorporation of the RescueStreamer® High Visibility Locating Device will increase the survivor’s probability of detection and rescue.”
